About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and patient individual to join our Swindon-based team on a temporary basis to support our outbound call operations. This important role focuses on following up with customers who have received their order but have not yet returned their signed form.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers who have not yet signed or returned their form after receiving their product.
  • Communicate in a polite, friendly, and respectful manner, building rapport and ensuring the customer feels supported.
  • Check if the customer has the form and offer assistance or alternative solutions if they are having difficulty returning it.
  • Where appropriate, request permission to use the original signature from the sight test if returning the form is not practical.
  • Rephrase and explain information clearly and patiently, particularly for elderly customers who may need extra time or support.
  • Accurately record outcomes and any consents given in line with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure follow-up actions are carried out efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent telephone manner with clear, friendly, and respectful communication.
  • Patience and empathy, particularly when engaging with elderly or vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to adapt your approach depending on the customer’s needs.
  • Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment is desirable but not essential.
  • A team player who is also comfortable working independently.
