Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Part-Time Business Development Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Talent Right’s recruitment services. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, ensuring our recruitment services are top-of-mind for potential clients, and enhancing our company’s presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients via telephone.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our recruitment services across both temporary and permanent placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business trends, competitors, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Promote Talent Right’s services to new prospects through calls and emails.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and business development efforts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and staffing solutions (temp and perm).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven individual with a passion for success.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Job Type: Part Time
Job Location: Swindon - Hybrid
Salary: Upto £15.00 p.h depending on experience
