Our History
Talent Right was once known as AB Recruitment, founded by Anand and Becky in 2014, since then the company has gone from strength to strength in developing and establishing AB within the recruitment market by building strong client relationships and a professional, honest service.
This development didn’t go unnoticed either with AB receiving an award for Wiltshire business of the year under the category ‘Start Up Business Of The Year’ award in 2016. In order for AB to continue to grow we decided to undergo a rebranding mission.
Talent Right brings all of our previous knowledge and reputability, yet under a new name with an exciting vision.

Meet Becky, having started my Recruitment career in 1992, I am now an accomplished Recruitment Director with 32 years of expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and leadership development. Recognised for a deep understanding of the recruitment industry, including trends, challenges, and strategies to attract and retain top talent. With a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, I excel at recruitment solutions that align with customers goals. My ability to develop long-term client relationships and implement effective hiring frameworks has consistently driven business growth and client satisfaction. I have gained many awards on my journey from Top Temporaries Consultant, New Francise Partner of the year 2008, Franchise Partner of the year 2009 and the Best New Business in Wiltshire 2014. I thrive best in a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability. Whether leading large-scale hiring projects or fine-tuning niche talent searches, I deliver results with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Meet Anand, an entrepreneurial and results-driven professional with over 15 years’ experience in the Recruitment industry, encompassing business ownership and senior leadership roles. As a former business owner, I honed a unique perspective on building and managing successful companies. Building strong clientele and driving growth. This foundation laid the groundwork for my current role as a Recruitment Director, where I leverage my entrepreneurial mindset to lead with vision. My specialism in Recruitment is within Accountancy and Finance, having a keen eye on identifying and implementing recruitment solutions that deliver results. My ability to seek talent, navigate difficult markets and industry trends has been key to building high-performing Accountancy teams and achieving success. Driven by a passion for excellence and continuous improvement, I thrive on challenges and enjoy developing strategies that create long-term value. I bring a unique and impactful approach to the recruitment landscape.
